She carefully observes participants’ reactions and is always ready to fine-tune her next comment, question, or activity accordingly. She builds trust easily with workshop participants and motivates me to do my best simply through her presence. In one word, she is great!

By using the scaling questions and prompts, I was able to cut right to the important stuff, which brought depth, clarity, and focus to my conversations with students.

She taught us in such a way that, by the end of the workshop, I wanted to approach teaching and learning exactly as she had demonstrated—building on what works in partnership with children.
